Foundation for Innovative Research, Sustainable Technologies and Intellectual Property (FIRSTIP) is a charitable and non-profit organization registered in India for promoting innovation, sustainable technologies and intellectual property. FIRSTIP provides a forum to inventors and other creative persons to conceptualise and materialise their innovative ideas. The user of this website agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. By browsing the FIRSTIP website (www.firstip.org), using our services as members, registration and/or log-in users confirm that they have read and understood and do accept these Terms and Conditions. If users do not accept the Terms and Conditions they are not authorised to use FIRSTIP website and shall leave the same immediately.
2. Registration
Users are obliged to provide accurate and true registration information, including but not limited to user’s full name, user’s full address, a valid e-mail-address and contact number.

Content means all data, information, files, images and/or publication which are made available by or through the FIRSTIP website or its users including but not limited to Ideas, inventions and innovation items Ideas, inventions and innovation content items relate to users’ ideas, inventions, patents and other innovations.
Open calls
An open call is a tender to solve a concrete scientific, industrial or other problem or any other invitation to participate in design, product development or innovation processes.
Profiles
Users might publish their personal profile and give some detailed information about themselves.
4. Rights and Obligations
4.1 Users are solely responsible for the content they publish. FIRSTIP has no permanent content control or monitoring process in place to review content. FIRSTIP does not make any warranties or representations regarding any content provided or made available by any user. In particular, FIRSTIP does not warrant or represent that content is true or accurate, or that it fulfills or serves any particular purpose.
4.2 Users are not allowed to provide any content which is offensive, criminal, illegal, violates law or rights of others or relates to such activities (“prohibited content”).
4.3 Users have to verify carefully that innovation ideas or any other content they publish does not contain intellectual property of others. It is expressly forbidden to use, advertise, promote, offer, distribute or publish without authorisation any content or materials which are protected by law, especially by intellectual property rights.
4.5 Users are not allowed to annoy other users, send junk, mass or chain mails, use other users’ accounts, disclose passwords and/or login information to third parties, misuse other users’ personal data, use the FIRSTIP services in an automated way and/or show advertising banners or text links.
4.6 FIRSTIP reserves the right to delete any content which infringes these Terms and Conditions as well as the accounts of users breaking these Terms and Conditions immediately and without giving reasons and to take appropriate legal action.
5. Using, Copying and Distributing of Web Site Information
Except as otherwise indicated, you are authorized to view, copy, print, and distribute information available on this website (“Information”) subject to the following conditions (“Authorization”):
a) The Information may be used solely for personal or non-commercial purposes;
