Our Leadership

[Dr. Anuj Gupta] – Hon. President
With over 18+ years of experience in scientific research Dr. Anuj is currently working as Senior Consultant & HOD Biochemistry at Medanta, Gurugram, Haryana. Being Honorary President of FIRST IP he is always helpful in guiding the team in implementing various intellectual property awareness programs.

[Vikram Raghuvanshi] – Hon. Vice-President
An expert in information technology, Vikram oversees the coordination among various project groups and ensures alignment with the objectives of the organisation.

[Dr. Ruchi Upadhyay] – Hon. Secretary
A seasoned dentist and certified yoga and meditation trainer, Ruchi plays a pivotal role in shaping the FIRST IP’s strategic direction, overseeing compliance, and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders from diversified industries and communities.

[Akhilesh Kumar Saxena] – Hon. Treasurer
An avid learner of multiple streams from Environmental laws to various regional languages to yogic science and other holistic and traditional methods of maintaining wellbeing Akhilesh is responsible for the finances of the organisation as Hon. Treasurer.

[Dau Mittal] – Hon. Program Coordinator
With a masters degree in computer science and an MBA from IIM Bangalore Dau Mittal volunteers as the Program Coordinator for Digital Literacy and Internet Governance. He helps the team in designing the awareness programs that promote digital inclusion, online safety, and responsible internet use.

[Pradeep Kumar Agarwal] – Hon. Legal Advisor
Hailing from the Uttrakhand state of India Mr. Pradeep Kumar Agarwal is the Founder member of FIRSTIP. He has more than 35 years of experience as a lawyer in handing various types of disputes before different courts and tribunals. He has successfully conducted hundreds of mediations for peaceful resolution of disputes. He represents large public sector undertakings including banks and insurance companies before various judicial authorities. He consistently helps the organisation with its various legal and regulatory requirements.
