One-day, hands-on, capped for interaction. Participants arrive with a real idea, brand or creative work and leave with a documented disclosure and a decision on the route to protection.
How a workshop runs
- A short framing session: what protects what, and for how long.
- Guided prior-art or prior-mark searching on free databases.
- Drafting: each participant writes their own first disclosure.
- Review in small groups, with our facilitators.
- A route map per participant — what to file, in what order, and what not to do before filing.
Requesting one
Workshops are capped at around thirty participants so the drafting session works. Write to us with your institution, audience and preferred dates.
